Christmas Eve: 6:30 Caroling & 7pm Service with Live Stream & Parking Lot Option
We are so excited to announce that we are radio broadcasting our Christmas Eve service from our parking lot at St. Columba's as well as live streaming through Facebook. We will have caroling at 6:30pm and the service will begin at 7pm and end by 8pm.
You are invited to watch from home or come park in the parking lot. The service will take place in the window box that is our narthex with a nativity, lights, trees, piano, and the Eucharistic table.
You will be able to see some of what is going on from your cars and will be able to hear the service through a radio station (we will let you know which one). People are also welcome to come out of their cars and get a closer look (masked, socially, distanced, signed in) if they feel comfortable. You may want to bring a portable radio to listen to the service outside you car. You may also choose to stay in your car the whole time.
As we traditionally do, we will end the service with singing Silent Night and pass out (electric) candles to anyone who wants one. You may stay in your car or step out (must be masked if you step out at anytime). Bathrooms will be available. Only one household at a time in the building for bathroom use.
We will hand out the consecrated Eucharist in bags at the end of the service
