Racial Justice Discernment Track

At St. C's we are wanting to offer our people an ability to continue to grow in our understanding of how racism impacts us personally and the institutions we participate in.  We are excited to offer a Racial Justice Discernment Track that will allow this ongoing work to happen within our faith community.

The Racial Justice Discernment Track looks like this:

  1. Participate in book club "So You Want to Talk About Race"
  2. Take the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).  (more information about it here - https://idiinventory.com/)
  3. Go through IDI with Alissa and learn about growing edges around intercultural development
  4. Join cohort that meets for 6 months creating specific goals and action items

Contact Meghan or Alissa if you want to join or if you have any questions.
