Youth at St. Columba's are a growing population! Like any church with a booming Children's Program, we have more youth graduating into the 11-18 age bracket every year! In 2020, one of St. Columba's goals is to fully support our Youth ministry so it can better serve the growing 11-18 population.

The good news is that there are many ways to support our youth program including putting time in with our youth, donating money or materials, donating services, and helping integrate youth into the life of the church.

Welcome Youth into the Church:

• Sunday School Teacher or Teacher's Helper
• Mentor a Youth Acolyte or Greeter
• Look for Youth on Sunday Mornings to Intentionally Greet
• Host a Workshop for the Youth showcasing your special skill
• Chaperone for Special Events
• Invite the Youth Group to do a Service Project with your Ministry

Support our Youth Ministry with donations of time, talent, or money:

• Cook for Pizza with the Priest
• Donate Food/Meal for a Special Event
• Buy something off St. C's Youth Amazon Wish-list
• Donate money for Youth Camp Scholarships
• Drive Youth to Special Events
• Bring Donuts & Juice for the Youth Group on Sunday Mornings

Help make our Youth Ministry Sustainable:

• Join the Youth Ministry Team to help plan faith formation and events
• Commit to helping the Youth Group a few hours each month
• Invite a friend to contribute with you
• Advocate for Youth in the church
• Take Safeguarding God's Children
