St. Columba's cherishes it's youngest members and works hard to make sure parents feel supported, and the babies and toddlers in our community are cared for in a safe, nurturing environment.

St. Columba's employs 2 Childcare Providers on Sunday mornings, so parents with young children can attend the Services at 9 AM and 11AM confident that there are ready hands to help them with their little ones. Our Family Room, where childcare and the Younger Godly Play class meet is just off the Sanctuary has large sliding glass doors that open directly into the Worship Space. This room boasts toys, comfortable couches, a pack n play and bouncer for naps, a high chair, and two friendly faces, happy to change a diaper, feed a baby, and hear about the family's week!

Young Children are also welcome in the Sanctuary during the Service, there are Children's Carpets positioned around the space, close to the Altar, where families with children of all ages are welcome to sit together during the service. By the Family Room, you'll find an activity center with activities for children of all ages as well as books. Additionally, you're always welcome to take toys for younger children from the Family Room into the Sanctuary to occupy your little one while you enjoy the service together. Everything is to make you and your baby comfortable!
