Turn, what would it look like if you turned from the powers of sin, hatred, fear, injustice, and oppression, toward the way of truth, love, hope, justice, and freedom?

Youth this Sunday will meet during the 10am in the Blue Room, and we'll be discussing choices... those little every day decisions we make, how they feel in the moment, and what they mean for our future. Adolescence is full of twists and turns, how can we, young as we are, minimize the turbulence, and turn our attention to God.

What practices help you to turn again and again to Jesus Christ and the Way of Love?

A Prayer for Youth while we prepare:

Like the disciples, we are called by Jesus to follow the Way of Love. Help us o God, to remember that with you, we can turn from hatred and fear, injustice and oppression, toward Christ who teaches us to live our lives with hope. In turning, we reorient our focus from the trivial, to the divine, looking to Jesus again and again as navigate this sticky time. Amen.
